sweats and hot flashes. One of them is to try vitamins. Vitamin C (time
released 2000 mg per day), Vitamin E (400 international units in dry form), and
vitamin B complex are all helpful in reducing hot flashes. If you are already
taking multivitamins, check how much you are already adding to your system and
do the math before you add more, because higher levels aren’t going to help.
